There are four key areas where Squarespace determines fonts. We’ve made it simple to replace all of them, maintaining harmony across your whole site.

This means that, for the first time, you have simple CSS which targets EVERY component of Squarespace - From simple text blocks to menus, portfolios, products events and anything else you can think of.

Once fonts are added, all existing Squarespace styles can be changed as usual in the editor. You'll probably forget you're even using custom fonts. That's okay, you'll remember occasionally and feel pretty darn good about yourself.

Will this work with Squarespace 7.0?

❌ NO. Well, it will in some areas but not in all. You see, with the launch of Squarespace 7.1, all themes were combined into one cohesive unit, meaning that the same code works across any template you use. With Squarespace 7.0, this wasn't the case. You could try it, but depending on what theme you use, there are sure to be obscure areas of your site which will not pick up the new fonts.
